Bring referral slip from specialist (if applicable). Health card (if the treatment is carried out in the health insurance system). Recent results of relevant tests or investigations (if you have been advised to bring them). In general, a light breakfast is allowed, unless the doctor has specified otherwise (for example, for procedures or tests that require fasting). Avoid large meals and hard-to-digest foods before treatment. Continue chronic treatments only with the consent of the attending physician. Tell your healthcare provider about all the medications you are taking (including dietary supplements).
