Dry carbon dioxide (CO₂) bath
Dry carbon dioxide bath is a modern physiotherapy procedure in which the body is exposed to medical carbon dioxide (CO₂) without contact with water. The patient is placed in a special sealed bag, with the head remaining outside, making the procedure comfortable and safe.
CO₂ gently stimulates the skin receptors, dilates blood vessels, and improves circulation. In response, the body more actively oxygenates tissues, enhances metabolic processes, and activates natural regeneration mechanisms. The procedure contributes to improved overall well-being, increased body tone, and health maintenance.
