Pregătirea:
It is recommended to come without eating for 4 hours before the procedure. You can drink plain water (100–200 ml) until the time of collection. 1–2 days before, hydrate properly (drink 1. 5–2 liters of water/day). Avoid drinking alcohol, excessive coffee and smoking 24 hours before. 3–5 days before, avoid drugs that can affect platelets: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (eg ibuprofen, diclofenac, aspirin); anticoagulants or supplements with an anticoagulant effect (omega-3, ginkgo biloba, vitamin E, etc. ). If you are on chronic treatment, do not stop the medication without the consent of the attending physician. Do not perform the procedure if you have a fever, active infection, acute inflammatory disease, or ongoing antibiotic treatment. Get enough rest the night before.
